Hi Nouners,

Unfortunately I just found Garden 5 on Prop House today! I am too late to submit. So I was wondering:

When will be the next Garden round, or is there another way I should propose my business plan to the DAO?

I think you can always start a discussion here, then make a proposal. Or do you need the Noun to vote?
