Nouns x F1 Miami Proposal

Context

This proposal is detailing the very first event proposal for the Nouns: Nouns x F1 Miami. F1 Miami Grand Prix weekend is taking place May 5 - 8th, 2022, where Hurry up Slowly is sponsoring an event at Island Gardens, bringing together some of the greatest players in crypto, F1, music and more. Talent/acts include Guy Gerber, the Martinez Brothers, Blondish, DIPLO + more.

This will be a unique opportunity to proliferate the Nouns at a high-visibility event, with the goal of expanding our community, bringing in new members, increasing our public presence, spreading good vibes.

Implementation Plan

  • Weekly updates and reports leading up to the event
    • CADs, location plans, breakdown of funds
  • Nouns VIP table - Marque Placement
  • Core package creatives
    • 2 life-size characters with projection mapping - derivatives projection-mapped if possible
      • 3D printed, life-size 5ft- 6ft tall (pending budget)
      • 1 far right of the main tree
      • 1 entrance of VIP
    • Large physical Noun glasses with lights around the glasses, 3 locations
      • Lens 8-10 feet long, 3-4 feet high, 5-6 feet depth
      • Tree - Noun glasses floating from the tree, located 50 feet from the entrance
    • All black Yacht - driving or docked around the party, yacht wearing the glasses (On race day or day of preference, if needed daily would be subject to higher allocation due to hourly rate of yacht rentals)
    • DJ booth - Nouns glasses wrapped around the DJ booth
  • On-site branding on VIP tables
  • Holograms on tables, QR code going to Nouns site OR 3D Printed glasses
  • Sponsor Logo Materials - festival lineup, website, press release, recap, email blasts, socials
  • Additional options
    • Adding Noun glasses to staff shirts
    • Ability to bring on board other sponsors
